About Christina Eberli
Experienced art professional, multilingual and globally connected, with expertise in relationship building. I founded On the Flip Side to help institutions and collectors develop high-profile cultural programs, exhibitions, and partnerships that deepen audience engagement and thoughtful advisory services.
I began my career at Sotheby’s in New York, where I spent nearly nine years as a Restitution Specialist working closely with institutions across the US and Europe. In 2013, while still at Sotheby’s, I founded On the Flip Side—a lecture series created to connect audiences with the stories, context, and people behind great works of art. In 2018, I left Sotheby’s to grow the platform full-time. Since then, On the Flip Side has evolved into a wider offering: supporting cultural programming, events, partnerships, and audience engagement strategies. My work spans public and private projects, from exhibition interpretation to intimate programs for collectors and high-profile collaborations with institutions such as Cartier, Christie’s, the Louvre, and The Frick Collection. In 2024, I earned a Master’s in International Marketing from King’s College London, deepening my ability to combine scholarship with effective communication and visitor insight.
What I Bring:
A proven track record of connecting institutions and audiences.
Experience developing public programs, private events, and museum partnerships.
A deep understanding of the international art market and its audiences.
